Unfortunately, I think what you say is true. Otherwise we would not have seen JB step aside and Rauber step in following the SAIC report done for the new PIPE investors, some of whom were most likely involved in the PIPE in the complaint.
I think things are quiet pending the ability of the company to make good on the claims for its technology. Those claims are much more important to the big investors, and all investors, than the mess surrounding those media credits.
My guess is that the SEC is letting those most impacted by financial misrepresentations have a say about how things are resolved.
