Kilo 100% agree.  Let's not hang all hope on a fantastik FIN, it's simply not gonna happen for a start up company that is just beginning to get the pieces of the puzzle together.  This is a long haul stock folks, hopefully you realized this before you put one cent into it.  Two year game plan, with the initial "baby steps" taken.  When brokerage is bought and activated, then we can get up and run and pay closer attention to rev's.  Until then, we should focus on a steady decrease of liabilities and increases of our assets, that's it. 

As for my opinion on the Dog, the lack of resourcefullness and diligence proves to me that he either doesn't know what the hell he is doing, doesn't care to put any effort in, or has an alterior motive.  Therefore, until he brings some solid dd or contributes to the board in a meaningful way, I could care less if he stays or goes.  He has been warned by Kilo and TwoBrass, it is his reaction that should determine his fate.
