Bashers are a constant, They are a fact of life, and all companies have them. The same can be said about pumpers. As long as traders exploit these message boards for their promotional aspects Pumpers & Bashers will be forever locked in an eternal struggle.
I have noticed that when someone makes a poor decision & goes short at a bad time, they often blame the Pumpers. When someone goes long and the value of their investment slides, they blame the Bashers. In both cases the Investor is wrong and in denial of the true issue. The real problem is that the investor made a poor decision & went long or went short at a bad time. Until that fact is realized, the mistake will be repeated over & over.
I am of the belief that message boards should be used for exchanging non-bias information, though I admit that is not alway and easy to live by.
I have read back through a few days worth of old post, and I really don't remember seeing a lot of bashing, but my advice would be to ignore them. I'ld venture a guess that 20% of bashers are truly interested in causing people to sell. I would guess that 80% of bashers are either wanting to prove their intellect or start an argument. By simply ignoring them, the majority will move to another stock where they are given more attention. In others words, they seek an audience, so don't give them one.

Naturally - Sometimes Rapidly " is a good read & feel like the Authors are very credible. This is one way that oil field become recharged. There is another way that fields can sometimes appear to be recharged that a geologist once explained to me, but I didn't fully understand then & can't remember now. Something to do with capillary pressures, I think. I will definitely endorse this article, but I feel like the previous article that was posted on the Abiotic Theory was a bit dubious.
Another poster mentioned that the continents floated around on a sea of oil. This comment was partly right. The Earth's crust is comprised of numerous tectonic plates that do actually float around on a sea of liquids, but that sea is made of molten rock. It is my understanding that if it is hot enough for rocks to melt, then it is too hot for hydrocarbons to exists in any form other than methane, which is natural gas.
Please find the link, below, for a map that suggest that Treaty's Louisiana & East Texas assets might be prospective for a few resource plays. Wow, what a huge development that would be. Financing $ Joint Venture Partners would come so quick and easy that Treaty would think that money was growing on trees.

I should say that I don't know exactly where Treaty's assets are yet, only the county (or I guess Parish) they are in. Maybe I'll look into that sometime today.
