The license is on its way. Read the last PR very carefully.
"Health Canada inspectors were present on July 31, 2014 and conducted their pre-license inspection. The facility was built according to specifications provided to Health Canada. We look forward to the next steps in this amazing journey," stated Bill Chaaban, President & CEO.
Basically, the inspectors didn't find anything wrong that were on the site and what was submitted to HC was a passing inspection.
Key words here are PROVIDED TO HC.
What was provided to HC that was according to specifications?
Answer: A passed inpection.
If it was in fact not passing, than it would NOT be according to specifications.
