Now here is a very unusual occurrence. Since I assume that the Admin on IH enforce their own rules to the letter, first I need to review one of their rules:
But then, looking at the Stickies on the TEVE board over there, we see the following situation:
I have to assume this is a malfunction of their automatic system. There couldn't be a manual over-ride, could there? And, who would be at the controls of such a thing?
