As others have said, the pre-license inspection is for the "license". Its the final step and will include the export ability.
AB has said that Bill told him that there were no deficiencies noted. If there were any noted, CEN Biotech would have the chance to fix them. As is, the license will not be rejected (this is an insane claim).
While I'm harping on the "expect" claim because it could quickly become self-destructive pumping, not receiving the license isn't even a worry. October is a massive stretch. I'd be surprised if we didn't already have it, to be honest.
Heres to hoping the PR hits pre-market open open Tuesday and we don't slip to the 4s or 5s. Those MM's will be licking their chops to shake the weak hands.
