I dont think that we are down and out yet.  I never thought it was going to drop this low but I have been in stocks that have followed close to the same trading pattern.  Back in 2003  I was in a motor cycle stock that dropped to .005 and in 6 months peaked at .35.  The whole thing eneded up being a scam but when they stated pumping it, man it flew.  The share structure was very simular to this one.  Now if we can show improved financials in May and a then a few well placed PR's this can turn around in a hurry.   I dont see any rise in the PPS over the next couple of week but you never know in pennyland.
