Notification from BC. FITX stands nothing to gain from waiting on HC to make the move. Its always best to control what you can, and FITX can do a lot of positive PR by taking control.
For example: The inspection PR was BC and co taking control. BC had to wait to put it out there, but FITX made a statement to all of us. So far, they have failed to follow it up. Bill's "expect" statement is still up in the air. He could have the license right now and plans to release PR before market open on Tuesday (a great move). Or he could have pulled the cart ahead of the horse and commented on things beyond his control, which is not smart at all.
Under promise, over deliver and take control.
