With the nat gas prices having been on a downtrend until recently, I would have to think that the Russians have even more of an incentive to shut that government works project down hhehe. Fracking shale rock for gas is where it is at, technology over brute force. It's a great illustration of free market innovation beating out state sponsored solutions.

I don't know the offshore figure, but I'm sure someone else does. There's more than enough onshore to keep the company busy.
