I believe when the quarterly results come this quarter thats when eyes will open up. I believe when q3 is announced which will be late oct to november 15th this will be looked at differently. Again, I will stress people are waiting to see results I do not see scrc in the interim making monumental moves one way or another. I believe .07 to .105 area imo.
