....just to be clear, there are (at arms length) affiliates of LPC that have a major OS stake in AMBS. Their mission is to seek a return. They will do precisely that. No need to look any further than ELTP or NVLX - and I'm not even talking about Cavendish's involvement with AMBS.

By the way, AMBS financial model with LPC mimic's exactly that of ELTP - that is a fact lady's and gentlemen - and AMBS's SEDA w/LPC was consumated based on ELTP's financial model for specific reasons.......

IMHO, AMBS's FMV on LymPro alone is currently worth between $350-Mil. and $500-Mil. - all of which which equates to between $0.48 and $0.68 pps at the current OS share structure, respectively. We are going to witness gang buster 3Q and 4Q events.... I'm just giving a personal word of advise on what I know here gang.
