Yep JB I agree. It has to be that since that PR in late June announcing full scale permit that they have been logging for at least the last two months. There is no other sane explanation for the silence other than they are selling, gathering revenues and will commence a buyback soon. They can't say anything publicly or else the stock price would move north making a buyback much much harder. I guess this silence is to protect us from the OS. That's my theory and I am sticking to it.
