I couldn't /haven't found the 8-K for Amarantus Therapeutics, Inc., yet , or the 8-K for when Amarantus BioScience Inc. became Amarantus BioScience Holdings, Inc. either.
I've been reading about these divisions within Amarantus BioScience Holdings, Inc., but didn't know they had already been "created". No just theory speak of divisions within the Co.

I did see mention of "The Company's subsidiaries, Amarantus MA, Inc. and Amarantus Therapeutics, Inc.".
I don't know what Amarantus MA, Inc. is either.
I like that the subsidiaries are all set.
