Agreed one hundred percent. If I had any additional money to invest, I would be doing it right now, but I've put everything I am comfortable putting into it right now. The personnel is really one of the biggest indicators for me that this is going to go somewhere amazing in the future. These guys would never have signed up for a company that they didn't see a tremendous gain in their future and their career.
