I apologize if I am asking from the office of redundancy office with this question...
but...
if HC gave verbal approval a month ago or so that we passed with flying colors, would we be allowed at that point to begin growing or would we need to have license in hand?
I have just been imagining a phone call between HC and Bill in which they tell him congrats...we will have your license out to you soon and Bill follows that with a, "so you think we can expect to have it by the end of the month?" to which the HC person responds, "I think that's reasonable...can't garuntee it but you should have it by then..."
Oh how my mind just creates these scenerios ....
