Yeah im not happy about that but I have a feeling Victor who has alot of private start up company experience learned some critical lessons on this venture. Im hoping he institutes a buy back or set up a preffered structure for that debt. A bond would help too. Push it out as the company grows and then you can purchase it back when you have the revs to do it. A revers split is another option but i really hope he doesnt do that in the future
