Will the catalyst be included with a machine sale? How will they sell a machine without the catalyst and how will they protect it if they do?
P.S. if the companies you mentioned were facing bankruptcy because they couldn't produce their products at a profit and their recipes/formulas were the only valuable asset their shareholders would demand it be licensed to someone who could or else mgmt would be replaced.
