8/29/2014 - J3 is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. George Apostolou to the J3 Board of Directors. George Apostolou is one of the initial founders of HCI Group Inc. a NYSE member company trading under the symbol HCI. Mr. Apostolou has served on the company’s board since May 2007. Mr. Apostolou moved to the United States in 1971 from Greece and earned his State of Florida Contractors License in 1983. In 1987, he established George Apostolou Construction Corporation and has since built more than 200 commercial buildings, including government services buildings, churches, office buildings and retail centers. In addition to contracting, Mr. Apostolou has been involved in the development of many commercial projects and now owns more than 20 properties in the Tampa Bay area.
