It is Cloveless0976, but LPC gains by dilution, agreement is for 20 mil, in exchange for shares. LPC has the leverage. Trust on this one. I am not saying dilution is bad, just asking why will be my point just want clarification for increase. Make no mistake LPC has the leverage for financing, I invest in everything LPC invests in (I made a major gain in ELTP) , has been good for me, but this one I don't understand yet the reason for additional A/S. Just want the answer.
