"If the company has a valuable catalyst then a quick way to improve cash flow would be to license the catalyst."
Again, your reasoning about licensing the catalyst is sound but there's no place for objectivity and logic on this message board.
As a company with a supposed competitive advantage in a catalyst, the quickest way to exploit that advantage is to license the catalyst to others who can run or build processors well. The slowest, most expensive, most risk-laden way is to attempt to build processors in house where Mr. Bordynuik had zero expertise and then attempt to use the catalyst that way.
If the catalyst actually worked as represented, or created value at all, licensing should have been the very first step taken by Mr. Bordynuik five and a half years ago. But then investors would have been deprived of this wonderful opportunity to invest to pay Mr. Bordynuik's salary, wages and other lavish perks as he 'worked toward' success.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
