The company says their machines are broken and they do not have the money to fix them properly. That is what the company's filings say. The filings also say they have had to let go nearly every single employee.
So apparently the idea of "executing" here is watching broken machines sit idle, letting employees go, and pinning everything on a processor sale. If that happens great but why not if you truly have a valuable catalyst, license it and create a new and consistent revenue stream for the company and shareholders. What is the downside?
