1. FUNDING CHOICES: Last years 504 raised over $100,000, Preferred Shares
2.DILUTION OF SHARES TO RAISE CAPITAL: At this point there are only 30 million shares left to introduce into the market and this would be counterproductive. This is why the Preferred shares are being offered.
3.TALK OF PREFERRED SHARES: Yes they are real and in progress, yes it is a $5,000 minimum investment. There is outstanding interest on behalf of outside investors and private investment groups. The paperwork is being finalized.

99% of your email could have been answered in the DD section on this board. I am glad you are driven "master" what you do. I will tell you that Matt is driven likewise. I would suggest you take a look at some of the things involved in entering this sector. I have had a business in investments and I did master it. It did not happen in three months and there is no way yopu or anyone else could do so. Baron has not even been functioning six months yet. Are you suggesting you could have done this? I am willing to tkae both sides as it is healthy discussion. Please investigate before you post though, your post are borderline arrogant and disrepectful to myself and others who have been here for over a year now and delt with a lot more "issues" than yourself.
