Here is a statement I received in an email from Jerry 2 weeks ago:
"The audited statements for the Company for the year ended May 31, 2014 (10-K) are due no later than September 15, 2014. The August 31, 2014 quarterly statements (10-Q) are due no later than October 20, 2014. Since Rice #15 started production after May 31, 2014 the financial results will be reflected in the August 31, 2014 10-Q."
