The decrease in volume doesn't indicate a thing other than there is lost interest for now and/or waiting for some updates. The longs are not selling at 2 and the buyers don't want to pay 3-so, it is just a standoff.

I believe that at the end we will be in a good shape or I won't be here-I am just puzzled by the latest events. However, things might be done that way for a good reason.
