Nothing can explain the PPS, but there are several things I could point to.  The forces that be effect it and I can't figure out where those forces are coming from, but I have my opinions.  I do not like seeing the PPS where it is as I feel the company valuation is at a higher PPS (I don't show my math, but it is above 0.0005 for now).  However, the PPS, as it stands, is beneficial to my accumulation.  I have about 2% of my goal share count to yet acquire so at these levels it will cost me much less, limiting my risk.

Even though I need to still acquire shares, I wouldn't mind the PPS rising.  The PPS, no doubt, is a sign of strength.
