Thank you for the link, If I have read this correctly, I now think tigerlink is a total, total, not issue for HIMR. Unless I am missing something (which of course with me is surely possible), the patent expires in 2 1/2 years. so, even if the technology proved to be valuable in bayano, there is so little time left to use it exclusively, it will not be able to help himr in any significant way...
