Man wakes up in his hospital bed after surgery. The doctor comes and tells him he has good news and bad news regarding the operation.
The man says, "Gimme the bad news first!"
The doctor proceeds, "we ran into some problems and the flow of blood to your lower extremities got blocked. We had to amputate both of your feet!"
"Holy shit!", cries the man. "What's the good news?"
The doc tells him, "the guy in the next bed wants to buy your shoes!"
