They filed the 8k to officially declare thier CFO AND Geologist as board memebers. If after all this while the CFO and Geologist were not on board they wouldnt have allowed this. Remember a while back the geologist was looking to see if the claims had something in them. So if he has been offcially been reported to the SEC through the 8k then in my opinion something is coming!
