Great posts BD. I may be wrong, but I did happen to remember that this summer some restricted shares would become free trading. It's not a significant number in proportion to the total A/S, but the volume is so low right now it can really make a difference.

As to why they would sell, some of them get paid in more shares so unloading isn't a risk.
