I fully agree. And some other moderator qualities Picon has shown (shout out to you, Picon) are dedication, civility, humility ("Hey, if I'm wrong, I'm wrong", and even a sense of humor - which, in my estimation, is an increasingly rare and valuable commodity in these increasingly rude, strident, and hair-trigger times we live in.
