I believe this is where having L2 access is an asset for buying.  I was watching all day last Friday to ensure that I got the best price for my shares and it never looked like the 1's were going to get filled, even with a few paint jobs.  If you have 2's in the meanwhile you should do really well.  Once the pressure builds, 3's will be the lowest one can get.  I hope with the volatility lately (using PR's as an example) we lost the interest of the flippers, although volatiility is what flippers prey on.
