IMHO, the best defense is do not answer them directly... they get paid if we do.  Copy/paste their messages as quotes and reply if so motivated.  Or, let's try totally not posting there.  After all, we have a well run site here, and can TOS them here more easily, IMO.  And otherwise TOS their MF arses for any/all legitimate violations.  And utilize the resources here to voice LieHub complaints.  I've linked them in an earlier message.  JMHO.  $KMAG
