I am headed to the restaurant in Montanita second week of September. Do you wish to make this trip. I am taking down a new chef to change the menu. Let me know if you want to come visit. Pack lightly, just need shorts well not required, but do recommend.
I am planning on staying for two weeks, trying to get the surf company going also. This is a business trip, but I do business very different than we were trained in America.
