The O/S HAS NOT CHANGED in over 6 months.. The company has diluted less than $20k since 2008!
They're a clean shell with a guy who just bought controlling interest and according to the domain names he owns he's looking to do a reverse merger with the shell. Regardless of a R/M the current market cap is $30K. Clean pinksheet shells sell for $150k - $250K.
