Take a minute to examine all aspects of these level 2
Please see that the number of shares on the sales report says 600 and the volume seems to be 392 .
I'm sure everyone will have an explanation for this.
I also see that there are only 200 bid before $1.28. Looks like the basher boys are ROTFLTAO . They have balls but can they get away with this one. Of course if someone bought as many as 10 shares what price would they give them
