If you use charts you'll see 4's have effectively dried up. It looks like $0.0005 is the new $0.0001. You can see that from how thin the Bid and the Ask are.

I'm hoping to see news sometime after Labor Day (basically don't expect any PR's between now and then because it's unlikely to happen).
