This must be the "typo" that was discussed last week when the outstanding shares outnumbered the authorized shares on the Q2 report. I remember a post earlier this year questioning a drop in shares and found this post from jobertlik - #26441.

if you notice on the filing from March 31, 2014 there were
Shares Outstanding: 3,342,417,549

and from sept 30, 2013 there were Shares Outstanding: 3,417,417,549

what do you think happened to those 75 million shares or so??
