of an uptick & low share structure
then how its chart is acting.

A positive Pr around that somewhere
makes it a buy with at least some(?) upside.
Who knows exactly how much.

So it is usually a combination of things.
Centering around low floats for the sticky
Below 60 Million O/S these days.

I will notice some reason to look and go
straight to a chart and share structure.

I generally look below $10 because
that is what iHangers will look at.
