What drives the flat price action like we saw today?

I've been watching this stock daily since March. Very often you will see days like today where the price goes almost flat and trades sideways all day.

Is this driven by any one particular seller dumping a large quantity? I don't have L2 visibility to make that assessment, not sure if others have insight.

Personally, drives me nuts on a day like today.
