I still say that article quoting Bill about "expecting license by the end of the month" was a quote from many months ago. I am happy about this news, means many worries can be put aside, now it is a wait and see, but I don't think Bill's quote should be taken as the word of God. IF it is a recent quote, then remember, I expected the Broncos to beat Seattle in the Superbowl, I expected this year to be a heavy hurricane season on the USA, I expect to see the economy improve with jobs that are NOT minimum wage jobs. Basically if his quote was true, that word expect should be taken lightly. It happens when it happens, he can expect/hope all he wants.
