Ingram Micro is a huge distributor and has big connections with Best Buy and Target etc.!!! To be honest it wouldn't make any sense to me if NTEK partnered with them only to distribute to Amazon or Staples(online). That would be a big waste of Ingram Micro's time and money as well as NTEK's!!!
