Indeed - and many people are.

As far as the "optimal, cleaned waste plastic" is concerned - if the company can place a processor @ a buyer's site, I don't think that will be much of an issue.....it has been mentioned many times that feedstock throughput rates may not be the primary goal of processor buyers,especially if they divert plastic waste streams from landfill, and manage to produce spec-grade fuel to boot.

My eyes are not on Niagara Falls - not sure why some are trying to make that location the focus.
