Hard to process plastic when their new business plan is to sell processor to those who have a need - including Madison County
Illogic aside, what the heck does this have to do with the fact that Bordynuik -- in historically proven and typical Bordynuik fashion -- promised something that he knew in advance was a lie (just as with RKT and so many others), and then was called on this lie by madison county?
Bordnyuik breached this contract. The very public document not only said so, it contained the actual statement terminating the contract for cause. Breach of contract allows the offended party to back out of the contract with no consequences. If the reasons for the breach are intentional (i.e., not because of unforeseen but valid business or financial reasons), it is considered unethical behavior towards the offended party..
This didn't you know by now that we changed business plans?? is getting very very old. It was very old when it was born (er .. stillborn). It's a very poor excuse (not any excuse at all, in fact) for yet another set of promises made by Bordynuik that he absolutely failed to implement.
yet again ... yet again ... yet again .... rkt, madison, ships, too-much income tax ....etc .etc. etc. again and again and again and again
You would think that, after 5 ot 6 years, with so many consecutive lies (without any intervening truths whatsoever) the longs would start asking questions. A few have (and of course are accused of turning to the dark side ... oooooooooooooo).
Anyway, I re-iterate how entertaining and even educational following this fiasco has been. As I have stated, and IMO, the longs (not the "gang" who receive compensation in some fashion ... most likely through free shares to then dump on the market) ... as I have stated, the "longs" IMO live in an alternate universe existing only within their minds. We truthers simply cannot believe that anyone at this point in the sordid history of JBI/PTOI cannot see the scam for what it is. And this failure will inevitably lead to complete loss of investment.
