Just to refresh everyone's recollection about another potential source of selling: On November 4, 2013, Scrips entered into a securities purchase agreement with Seaside 88, L.P. for up to 7,000,000 restricted shares of SCRC in one or more closings. Between November 4, 2013 and May 5, 2015, Scrips sold Seaside 5,971,673 shares:
1,152,514 on November 4, 2013 (vested on May 4, 2014)
841,426 on December 4, 2013 (vested on June 4, 2014)
928,670 on January 6, 2014 (vested on July 6, 2014)
1,342,070 on February 4, 2014 (vested on August 4, 2014)
925,153 on April 8, 2014 (will vest on September 8, 2014)
781,840 on May 5, 2014 (will vest on October 5, 2014)
Based on my review of the volume shortly after the dates on which each Seaside tranche vested, it did not appear that they dumped everything at once. Perhaps they are selling slowly. I have no opinion either way, just thought I would share some "facts" on which others can opine.
Best of luck to all the SCRC long shareholders!
