The dividend has been announced effective today and the name change will be effective on September 3rd.
The Company has requested all dividend shares to be issued in a book entry so if you would like to request a stock certificate please email me your request including the name under which the stock is issued, mailing address for the cert and payment for the process ($31 process + $45 FEDEX ). Credit card processing sheet is attached.
