FYI, Nigeria is the market that the Orange Group built the Infrastructure and at this point was costing them too much in Comp & Bennies to keep it going. They did not want to show on the P&L balance sheet for their "Rev's and not wanting to carry "Off Balance Sheet" assets They pulled out and were negotiating to get someone in there to get it productive with positive net gain productivity and take it over. Then come back to revisit it and take it back over in the future.
