The 8K...
So, back in April we saw two PR's announcing the appointment of a new CFO and Geologist, yet no 8K was filed.
Why?
Imo, something has happened in the last few weeks that required that 8K to be filed.
I think the two new board members were appointed, just that they had not officially accepted the position.
Why?
Maybe they had signed non disclosure agreements with Canwealth Minerals to sign on board, contingent upon certain findings. Maybe they were waiting for further study of the mining claims and/or IPO selling out or maybe the symbol.
Bottom line is...
Something took place that required the 8K and it is now official. They must have accepted the positions and things are ready to roll.
Like I mentioned before, we are going into a holiday weekend soon. Canada has a similar holiday as we do here int he USA and once it's over, I believe we begin to see some news released to encourage buying pressure.
