From my understanding BC will wait for the physical copy to announce approval. A call was made to IR about this. The timing of this announcement is too coincidntal, think about it. For the first time we announced we met all expectations from HC. This to me means Bill was notified of approval, but due to heavy bashing, he wants to drop the bomb along with a physical copy.

It's just to coincidental that another company just recieved notification last week. This is very exiting stuff...
