I spoke with the girl at the TA office today.
#1) the divi is readily available as of now.
#2) the new name/symbol will be active as of 9.2.14 or 9.3.14
#3) you can get your divi sent in paper cert form if you wish for $100 and by sending them a written request
#4) since there is a restrictive legend attached to those shares you could also opt to not have them delivered in paper cert form and wait until the legend is removed. Then for a smaller fee and filing of a form available on the TA's website these can ve electronically delivered to your brokerage via 1 of 2 methods depending g on your broker. These will need to be accompanied by an opinion letter from the company's attorney.
It sounds like the fee to wait and have them delivered electronically is less than for paper certs. Like $65 vs $100
