In some way's yes.....as it gives somewhat of a ballpark figure to start working from on that particular issue. A lot more has to be inserted for consideration on it though. Personally , I think the one or two dollar value on up-list / IPO, or what ever happens, would be conservative. My personal estimates will be higher . But, that is just me.
